The Hickory Creek was delivered September 1948 by Pullman and dedicated by General Dwight Eisenhower at Grand Central Terminal for the flagship 20th Century Limited. Today (12/2/17) the Hickory Creek was operating on a charter on Amtrak trains 233/244 between New York and Albany commemorating the 50th anniversary of the last run of the 20th Century on December 2, 1967. |
